RTC a IBM Rational Team Concert is an umbrella or suit of tools where all the following individual tools are included.
IBM RTC
IBM RRC
IBM RQM
Apart from above this person has IBM Udeploy tool experience then it is a plus.
Since SSgA is trying to upgrade RTC to next version, so RTC version upgrade experience is a must.
All the above tools are deployed on IBM WebSphere so WebSphere experience will be a huge.
This person should have some scripting experience, Shell scripting, Perl scripting and any other programming skills.
This person should have hands on experience in upgrading the RTC version to next higher version.
