* Can Lead PoC Work and Drive Design and Development Work
* Good Communication Skills
* Ability to Coordinate between Business Stakeholders as well as Onsite Offshore
coordination, Status reporting to Management
Must Have Skills:
* Hands On IBM ODM Experience
* Design and capability to work on POC
* Experience of Extracting Rules from Legacy Application
