Requisition Details:

Around 8+ years of experience in IT Industry
Good Experience in middleware technologies like IBM Integration Bus(IIB), IBM Cast Iron, IBM MQ, WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), IBM App connect
Develop maps, message flows and configure/develop adaptors
Have knowledge on various testing tools such as SOAP UI, RFH UTIL etc. for test execution.
Should be comfortable in protocols in the WMB such as MQ, MQTT, SOAP or HTTP etc.
Should be capable of Performance optimization
Configuration of WMB/IIB in Testing and Production environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be able to articulate technical ideas well
Quick Learner, Solution Provider & Self motivated
Should have experience in leading teams Very strong communication skills
Should have experience in leading & managing teams

Responsibilities
Acts as an IBM Integration lead, responsible for designing and implementing integration projects
Provides development services and assistance to project teams and other IT Function Organizations in initiatives requiring data, application and/or system integration while fostering best practices in integration
Cover all aspects of the application delivery life-cycle (technology selection, design and delivery)
Establish strong business partnerships through direct involvement in solution consulting, technical design and business engagements.
Outperform business demands by building creative, quality integration solutions driving effectiveness and efficiency of applications.
Partner closely with business analysts, application developers, architects, and operations support on projects and initiatives to design and implement integration solutions.
Implements integration patterns and design concurred and approved by Integration Architects
Contribute to the advancement of organizational capabilities for integration patterns, practices, and platforms that simplify and lower total cost of ownership for integration.
