Technical Skills :-
Must Have
1. Expertise in the design, development and implementation of WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Message Flows to interface with services producers and consumers, and callout components (e.g. using Java), various nodes for MQ, Web Services, File, DB Connectivity that meet the business requirements of the organization.
2. Experience with complex XML Schema Document (XSD) design practices including hands on experience creating complex types, XPath, XQuery, XSLT and ESQL.
3. Experience in IBM MQ Technologies
4. Expertise on various Testing tools such as SOAPUI, RFH UTIL
5. Expertise in best practices and performance tuning of Message Broker based middleware applications
Good to Have
1. Customer/Off-site coordination
2. Exposure in P&C Insurance domain
3. Good in different web service open standards including WS-Policy, WS-Security, WS-Addressing and other WS stack
4. Basic understanding of XML data formats, Structures and schemas
5. Exposure to Agile methodology
6. Working experience in DevOps
Responsibilities: -
As IBM Integration lead, responsible for designing and implementing integration projects
Understanding client requirement and prepare analysis and design document based on the client input Software development process.
Design and implementation of IIB Message Flows
Unit/Integration/Performance Testing of Message Flows
Support Deployment, DevOps, Test Cycles
Mentor On-site/Offshore Teams
Provide subject matter expertise based on past experiences of IIB implementations
