Job Description :
IBM ICM Consultant

Bellevue WA.

Having 3+ years’ experience in IBM ICM (also called Varicent) Implementations & production support activities.
Functional knowledge of SPM, database management and programming tools, reporting tools such as Actuate, Crystal, and Business Objects is desirable.

Responsibilities:-

Design, Build, Implement and Document Compensation plans from Business rules
Design, Build, Develop and Document Dashboards and Reports
Configuration, customization and integration of application
System implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, system solution design.
Implement end to end automation of the process
Work on multiple databases to load, extract and transform data.
Develop validation checks to achieve accuracy at every stage of the process.
Interfacing with technical and business stakeholders – internal and external
Defining the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver solutions.
Leading development activities including hands-on development, reviews and providing technical guidance to team members
Client interfacing and offshore coordination

Requirements
3+ years of experience implementing Compensation plans with IBM ICM (Varicent)
Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards as per business requirement
Proficiency in writing database queries and overall knowledge of database concepts is required
Familiar with latest trends in industry from technology and domain standpoint
Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases. Through understanding of Agile principles and practices
Strong business process/system analytical skills
Creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated client facing skills, including managing client relationships
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
Ability to work with business users to transform and develop requirements into design, implementation and business solutions.
