Having 3 Years’ Experience in IBM ICM also called Varicent, Implementations Production Support Activities
Functional Knowledge of SPM, Database Management and Programming Tools, Reporting Tools such as Actuate, Crystal, and Business Objects is Desirable
Must Have Skills:
IBM ICM
Design, Build, Implement and Document Compensation plans from Business rules
Design, Build, Develop and Document Dashboards and Reports
