Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 3+ Years of experience in FileNet and other related products.

Required Skills:
Play the role of Onsite Team Member
Strong / Experienced in Production Support roles
Technically sound in IBM products (Case Manager, ICC, Capture, etc.,)
Knowledge in .NET and Web Service will be an added advantage
Capable of managing, driving calls and own communication to stake holders
Flexible to work on L1-L4 activities - Primarily responsible for all FileNet admin activities apart from managing and maintaining the environment apart from the standard support activities
Willingness to learn new technologies and interested in self-learning to build the SME knowledge within the team and eliminate the customer dependency
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
