Job Description :
IT Security experience, 3 years minimum requirement.
Resolve tickets within SLA requirements.
Adheres to standard operating procedures/work instructions.
Provides inputs to modify/update/design standard operating procedures / work instructions.
Update the knowledge base.
Technically upgrade across versions of the environment when required.
Complies to regulatory requirements.
Participate in mandatory meetings - sharing and acquiring knowledge.

Mandatory tools:
IBM Endpoint Manager Console or SCCM.
Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008, Server 2012, 2016.
