Key Responsibilities:
· As a L3 SME, work on 24x7 production support team supporting large global scale SOA infrastructure, respond and resolve complex technical issues in enterprise environment in timely fashion.
· Work with engineering team and other application team to implement changes and conduct application test
· Address existing infrastructure gaps between deployments and Citi policies and standard, suggest and drive appropriate deployment strategies to minimize risk of business service outage.
· Participate in strategic planning, architecture and deployment of supported Middleware technologies across CTI DC infrastructure and environments.
· Assist with tasks relating to all aspects of Service Delivery.
· BAU support and the delivery of a range of critical Business and Technology driven projects through the installation, support, and management of Datapower policy, APIm plans, Web based application and Middleware products.
· Play a proactive role in process improvement within the team.
· Ongoing evaluation and analysis of current supported Infrastructure to ensure optimum performance across the environments.
· Review, support and ensure quality of Middleware or Middleware related change requests.
· Delivery of assigned tasks within the scheduled time and to a high quality.
· Contribute to all the team’s commitments regarding problem and incident management, controls and adherence to Citi policies on compliance and security.
· Encourage a service delivery ethic within the team and adherence to the Citi Operations and Technology Operating Principles.
· Manage standards and implement quality control across processes, services, reporting and customer engagement
IBM API Management and Datapower Developer roles and responsibilities
Experience on IBM WebSphere Datapower Integration Appliances XI52, IDG (Firmware Version: >7.2.x.x
Must have expertise in Scripting languages like JavaScript, Perl, Unix, etc,
IBM API Management expertise is MUST.
Expertise in implementing cryptography technologies like Encryption, Decryption, Digital Signature.
Must have experience in OAuth2.0, SAML, JWT and SSO.
Must have experience in implementing Gateway Scripts, SLM.
Must have experience in IBM API Management in implement REST API, SOAP APIs, Plans, Security Policies.
Must have experience in IBM Advance developer portal.
Must have knowledge in Load balancers, firewalls, DMZ and other network concepts related Datapower.
Must have development knowledge in REST and SOAP based APIs.
Must have experience in version control systems like SVN or Git.
Experience in Agile tools like RTC or JIRA.
Must have experience in developing XSLT, XML and XQuery.
Lead cross sector teams for the complete integration life cycle starting from design sessions, Architecture and interface design to solution implementation.
Perform architecture, design and review of development policies for adherence to standards and best practices.
Support full lifecycle implementation of the APIM project including DEV, SIT.
Manage day-to-day system development and maintenance activities for APIM and Datapower deployment in global regions.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert of Shared Services in liaison with other technology groups
