Skill Set Requirement
IBM Compensation Manager (ICM) v10 (preferred) or v9, Javascript, Python, SQL Server possess
3+ years of hands on software development experience in:
IBM Compensation Manager (ICM) v10 (preferred) or v9
Javascript, Python, SQL Server
Be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Possess an excellent understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
Possess excellent analytical skills
Possess excellent communication skills
Be detailed oriented
Experience in Incentives Management preferred
Possess strong design skills
