Responsibilities:
1.Deployments
a) BPM snapshot Deployments
b) IID module Deployments
c) ODM Deployments
2.Supporting Maintenance activities (Upgrades, OS/DB patching)
3.Monitoring all Servers for environment health check and notify/act in case of any issues.
4.Restart of server nodes(BPM/IID)/server in case of hung threads
5.Analyzing Heap Dumps in case of Hung threads.
6.Adhoc requests from application support team.
