30% support, 70 % dev. Someone who''s articulate and can explain things clearly.
This person will represent the BPM team with our customer in the call center.
They''ll be working with the Siebel engineer, operations, CS team and TNS to improve the tools we build CS and make things more efficient.
This person have to be a self-motivator and be able to work on their own without someone overlooking their performance.
