Should develop applications in IBM BPM Process Designer includes Workflows, Human services, Client-Side HS, Integration services, AJAX services, Coach Views.;
Should be able to do Packaging and deployment. ;
Should be able to build custom components to integrate with IBM BPM application.;
Should be able to use and develop JSON, Web services, RESTful services.;
At least 8-10 years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, implementing UCAs, Ajax, Generic System Services.
8 years of experience in developing complex coaches, coach views.
Mandatory Functional Skills Defines expected behaviors of service in terms of performance, service levels, and so on. Implements KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards within the BPM product
Demonstrable experience working with Process Designer, BPDs and Coach Framework as a Front End technology.
Development experience on Lombardi /IBM BPM(version 8.x and prior),IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) IBM integration designer (IID)

Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.

3+ years of process definition and documentation experience
2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
2+ years of IBM Integration Designer experience
4+ years of Coach UI implementation
3+ years using IBM''s BPM 8.5.7 or 8.6
4+ years using Business Process Designs (BPD''s) within IBM BPM
Desired Qualifications
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of technology object oriented: design solution
