Position : IAM Specialist

Location : Federal Way, WA

Duration : 6+ Months ( NO- OPT)

GC/USC (GC-EAD/H1 NEED TO PROVIDE PASSPORT COPY/NUMBER)

Description:

The Identity and Access Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization remains compliant while managing product and service access needs, supporting the design, architecture, and implementation of tool management and automation solutions as part of our overall Identity and Access Management program.

The position will be accountable for designing new systems and processes for granting, modifying, and removing account requests in DaVita Applications as well as certifying existing access.
As part of the improvement projects, this position will also provide implementation assistance and testing in order to improve existing processes while supporting effective collaboration, communication and teamwork between other IAM and IT teams, in line with the overall vision of the company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

Granting, modifying, and removing account access in a compliant manner.
Diagnosing and resolving customer-reported incidents
Improving process efficiency, and updating and implementingnew enterprise process
Supporting non-standard business days and holidays
Work on special projects and IAM initiatives
Other duties as assigned.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position
Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service; proactively communicate and respond promptly to teammate needs. Handle confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goals
Highly-motivated, self-driven, and very detail oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to seek out underlying assumptions through probing, questioning, and listening
Experienced with ITIL Processes, Identity and Access Management processes and tools, Healthcare regulations (HIPAA), and System compliance audits (SOX
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; Oracle/SQL skills preferred

TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS

Travel:5% (Minimal)

Nights/Weekends:25%, and as needed, including on-call availability for major incidents and escalations.

PHYSICAL DEMAND:

Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following activities:

· Ability to lift minimum of 5 lbs to a max of 50 lbs unassisted and able to stand, sit, stoop, walk, stretch, reach, and use full range of body motions.

Manual dexterity as required for specific equipment and ability to use computer keyboard and peripherals
