Job Description :
Mandatory skills:
7+ years of general IT experience;
5+ years of IT Security experience;
4-6 years of Identity and Access Management Experience with at least 3 years in an architecture design role;
Preferred experience in IBM IAM product stack including ISAM/ISIM/ISIG/PIM. Must have experience in one of the other market leaders (SailPoint, Aveksa, Dell or CA) in lieu;
Expertise in applying the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing I.T. solutions;
Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget.
Proven problem solving and organizational skills;
Experience implementing solutions based on IAM standards such as OpenID, OAuth, SAML, WS-Federation & FIDO;
Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 especially as it relates to Access Controls;
Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation;
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to senior leaders, stakeholders and to all levels within the organization;
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented, multi-tasking, and adaptable
Ability to work with global teams;
Undergraduate degree required in business, math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred);

Preferred skills:
A security industry certification is required preferred from one of the following CISSP, SSCP, CISM, CISA, SANS GSEC, ECSA, ECSP, and Security+
In depth knowledge of HIPAA regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities:
Manage IAM Architecture hosting and client processes in the design of organization wide identity and access management initiatives
Proposes system architecture and design standards / guidelines for new projects
Performs architecture and design reviews
Coordinates with product vendor for complex issue resolutions
Primary contact for IAM technical issues
Evaluate new and evolving technologies to ensure the IAM Program continues to meet our customer and regulatory requirements
Ensure prioritization of efforts and manages the schedule of the team
Provide technology consulting and leadership for new strategic/innovation programs
Provide detailed monthly reporting and metrics to ensure a continuous improvement process for the IAM Program
Participate in troubleshooting efforts with the IAM Support team
Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and reviewed on a yearly basis
