IAM Security Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI

The IAM Security Analyst II serves in all audit and IAM activities that provision and maintain appropriate systems access to client employees and contractors. Responsibilities include account administration and access rights review related to a range of platforms, applications and databases. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to service level accountability, metrics reporting, workflow procedure design and documentation and audit support for one or more activities of the IAM Service team.
- Provide business support to one or more business units and projects requiring user access. Work cross functionally to develop and implement strategies that balance security recommendations with business needs.
- Contribute to the execution of user identity programs using analytical skills, critical thinking, knowledge of applications and the business to evaluate appropriateness of requests.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining processes and related procedures for access control functions such as access provisioning-de-provisioning, attestation, reconciliation, and log reviews.
- In coordination with IAM management, assist in the maintenance, and plans to ensure that client is in compliance with SSAE 16 requirements for one or more IAM functions. Support on-going access control audits for client, which include, but are not limited to SSAE 16, NAIC-MAR, OFIR, internal audits, and all required corporate attestations


Knowledge, Skills:
- Working knowledge of related technologies such as operating systems, directory services, and network protocols
- Knowledge of database applications, spreadsheet design, and report writing software
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively
- Ability to interact with all teams to articulate requirements and processes while collaborating on design options, implementation, testing and user acceptance

Training and Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related major
- CISSP, CISA, CISM and/or CFE certifications are preferred
- Experience with IAM for some or all of the following platforms, applications, databases and applications—ACF2, TSO, IMS, DB2, Oracle, Active Directory, Exchange, UNIX-Linux, PeopleSoft, Business Intelligence, NASCO
- Minimum 1 year experience in role for a security or related IT function.
