Role: IAM Program Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 months extendable 12-18 months based on customer need
MOI: 2 Skype rounds + 1 F2F
Roles and Responsibilities:
IAM Program Manager(20 Years Experience)
Responsible for IAM Program Objective, Overview, Vision, Strategy
Responsible for working with Customer for Program Organization, Coordination Project Operating Committee
Define program / project requirements. Publish priorities for efforts within the program that will be broken down into the multiple project streams,Conduct program / project meetings, communicate individual roles and project/program expectations.
Monitors the use of best practices, project standards, procedures and quality objectives across the multiple projects and organizations
Assesses variances from the program and project plans, analyzes metrics, and proposes changes as necessary to ensure that the program remains within specified scope and is within time, cost and quality objectives. Identifies effects of the variances on related sub-projects
Provides a broad understanding of multiple technology
