Job Description :
Mandatory skills:
1)Be a subject matter expert on the installation and configuration of the PingDirectory suite(preferable) or Oracle or Sun Directory experience.
2) Work with customers to install, configure and deploy solutions into production to meet the customer’s requirements.
3) Create customer level documentation specific to the deployment of PingDataGovernance/PingDirectory products for the customer.
4)Create knowledge articles around the PingDataGovernance/PingDirectory products for use with customers and partners.
5) Strong communication skills (written and verbal); ability to effectively communicate with customer, developers, management and senior management.
6) Strong leadership skills – ability to provide work direction to application developers; ability to navigate grey areas; ability to prioritize work/issues; ability to work with cross-functional resources/teams and vendors
Preferred skills:
PingDirectory suite or Oracle or Sun Directory experience.
