Job Description :
Mandatory skills:
Provide operations support (largely SOP driven) for CA Siteminder, RSA SecureID, CyberArk and Bomgar technologies
Update SOP’s, playbooks, identify gaps while providing operational support.
Causal analysis support for incidents, issues, log analysis before escalating it to the next level

Preferred skills:
Troubleshooting, Investigative and Causal Analysis hands on experience in providing Level 2 support for Access Management, Identity Management, Priviliged Identity Management technologies
Process oriented (SOP''s, Playbooks, Runbooks), Handshaking with Level 3 engineering teams and Support Desk
