Role: IAM Consultant

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Experience (Years): 8-10

Competencies Infra & Data Security : Cyber Security, Leadership, Identity and Access Management Implementation, Design & Architecture

Role Description

Minimum one end to end implementation of Migration / Integration projects Experience in working in an Operations environment (L3) and proven experience of owning highly critical issues and leading them to timely resolution


Essential Skills
Hands-on experience in Identity and access management in Security and IDMS areas.
Experience in leading a team size of 4-5 members. Detail understanding of Cyber Security portfolio with leadership skills.
Lead business requirement , functional and non-functional requirement gathering for IAM areas.
Ability to provide training and hand-on sessions to team members.
Working experience in Offshore / Onshore model in a 24x7 environment
Excellent Communication and customer handling skills

Desirable Skills

Worked with a US account Hands-on experience working on IAM & Security areas. Hands Security Tools
