Collaborate with IT colleagues and business owners to recommend and
support migration process aligned to their needs. Work with the
Engineering team to take care of support issues arising out of Tools and or
new applications. Excellent verbal customer facing communication and
technical documentation skills Execute powershell scripts, Active
Directory Tools and report generation Ability to work in a team
environment and independently when needed Ability to address customer
needs in a professional manner
