The IAM Admin is responsible for integration design and implementation of Identity & Access Management Solutions integrating with multiple target systems, including creating custom connectors for Identity Manager and other custom interfaces to the applications, including, integrating Single Sign-On using Federation/WNA etc policies. As an administrator, this position will work closely with the Project Managers, Architects, ISO Team, Business users, Developers, and System and Database administrators and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customer base. This individual must be proficient with Oracle Identity & Access Management technologies or similar Identity Management Product implementations integrating multiple source and target systems. The individual should be willing to perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Primary responsibilities include:
Detail design for Single Sign-On integration services
Implement SSO authentication / authorization policies especially using SAML / OAuth / WNA using OAM
Integration of OIM with multiple source and target systems including SAP Success Factors, Sales Force, Active Directory
Working on custom connector development, Approval Workflows, Event Handlers, Custom Scheduled Tasks and Reconciliation.
Develop using OIM REST APIs/Java APIs and assisting business application integration with these APIs
Customizing (Oracle) SOA composites for IdM workflows
Work on the automation of builds and Code Deployments into multiple environments.
Be the Subject Matter Expert for all the IAM integration activities.
Work with the QA Team in creating the system test cases and help perform the system testing.
Document user guides and functional training materials based on vendor documentation tailored for L.A. Care needs.
Preferable experience: Cloud based IAM service provider (like Oracle Identity Cloud Services / Okta etc) experience is a big plus.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related discipline.
