Title: Hyperion FCCS Lead
Position Type: 5+ months contract
Location: Boston, MA/ NYC, NY
Note: NO OPT Candidates, Consultants traveling must be from the East Coast or Central US
The Oracle EPM FCCS Lead will have expertise in the Hyperion Financial Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS) and other Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies (Hyperion Financial Management, Close Manager, Tax Provisioning, Calculation Manager, Disclosure Management, Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition - FDMEE High visibility role requires excellent time management, proven delivery outcomes, as well as deep project management skillset – including the ability to provide detailed updates that ensure issue recognition as well as proposed solution / options to support and maintain project success.
Job Description:
Perform System Analysis and Business Analysis activities (i.e. process, solution design)
Perform fit/gap assessments and providing solution options with impact assessments
Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations to improve existing processes or system functionality
Assist with / participate on teams that support recurring events: close, annual year end, enrollment periods, etc.
Provide team functional/technical leadership and overall internal team management assistance
Perform blueprinting and design for Oracle Hyperion Financial Close suite of applications for on-premise and Cloud products
Define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design, prototype, implement and rollout solutions
Write and maintain clear, concise functional specifications for Hyperion applications and business system process
Proactively and frequently communicate with customers to build and maintain a solid working relationship
Integration of Hyperion applications with existing processes and source systems, including budgeting and forecasting, ERP, data warehouses, flat files etc.
Facilitate client end-user training
Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for this role.
