Hyperion Planning/Essbase Expertise
8+ years of design and development experience working with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase
Must have functional knowledge/understanding of the Financial Planning processes, specifically the Workforce Planning process
Experience of at least 3 full Planning implementations using Hyperion Planning
Experience of at least 1 implementation of the out-of-the-box Hyperion Workforce Planning application
Hyperion/Essbase planning production support, ODI with Oracle PLSQL. Experience includes setting up -Topology, Agents, Repository and Importing dimensions
Experience with building Planning Web Forms
The 3 Applications:
1. Workforce Planning (classic)
Plans Forecast and Budget by person. We currently have 2 processes one for retail (PeopleSoft) and the other for PBM (ECC These processes will be modified to use the new COA/Cost center dimension. There is significant ODI involvement. Once complete provide an export to S4/BPC.
2. IT-Allocations Planning (classic)
Plans Forecast and Budget IT PROJECT Code. We currently have 2 processes one for retail (PeopleSoft) and the other for PBM (ECC These processes will be modified to use the new COA/Cost Center dimension. There is significant ODI and SQL Enterprise involvement. Once complete provide an export to S4/BPC.
3. Capex Planning (currently EPMA)
This planning application is more of a lift and shift. We are moving it to a new environment. This has significant ODI and is an EPMA app. We may want to move this to classic and clean it up.
