Technical/Functional Skills 1. Hyperion Essbase, EPMA and EPM
2. Hyperion Security clearance, backup, batch updates, infrastructure
3. Hyperion version upgrade
4. SQL ,FDMEE and Windows scripting
Tools used for support:
1. Oracle Developer Suite
2. GSM/ Service Now
3. Quality Center
Other skills:
1. Strong analytical abilities
2. Knowledge on SDLC and ITSM methodologies

Experience Required 6 years
Roles & Responsibilities AMS support of Finance
Configuration and customization.
Implementing minor/major enhancements.
Interact with customer and offshore team members to help resolve tickets.
