Job Description :
General:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with CRM marketing solutions (preferably SAP)
Ideally SAP Hybris Marketing / Cloud for Customer / HANA knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer or similar disciplines
Strong communication and coordination skills
Occasional domestic travel required

Technical
A solid understanding of CRM capabilities, processes and technology
Experience in application integration architecture
Experience with requirements engineering, project management, process design and implementation as well as compliance and technical documentation
Experience working on agile teams
Proven presentation skills
Experience with one or more solutions (SAP Hybris or Non-SAP Hybris)
Campaign Automation
Web Analytics
Search Engine Marketing
Display Marketing
Email Service Providers
Data Management Platforms
Demand or Supply Side Platforms
Messenger Service Provider

Soft skills:
Ability to deliver constructive feedback and to lead by example
Ability to articulate a vision of the total solution
Familiar with SAP Hybris Marketing on functional level
Basic knowledge of SAP HANA
Familiar with Marketing Technology Operations that can face the challenges of the disrupting consumer driven market
Familiar with Marketing Technology transformational processes
Ability to communicate with C-Levels, especially with Marketing leaders
Predictive analytics and Big Data
Experience with global customer facing technology solutions
