Experience with SAP Hybris Multichannel Suite 6.0/5.0 , Java 5/6, J2EE, JSP, Ajax, XML, XSD, Spring MVC, MySQL, Tomcat -server, JUnit, GIT, Unix, Jira, Confluence
Hands on experience on Hybris core architecture, Cockpits, ImpEX
Extensive backend integration experience
Experience in designing B2B, B2C, multi-site and multi-country, end-to-end implementations of eCommerce platforms
Experienced in leading Hybris implementations
Knowledge of project methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Waterfall
Must meet or exceed itelligence general consulting competencies of Personal Skills, Results Orientation/Quality Management, Customer Management, Leadership

Job Roles / Responsibilities:
As a member of the hybris development team, you will provide high quality code solutions to meet client needs in the implementation, enhancement and support of Hybris ecommerce platform centric projects.
As a Technical Lead, you will mentor other developers on projects.
You are expected to know the hybris platform and earn the hybris Developer and Commerce certifications and become an expert in the hybris API, management tools, and capabilities.
You will use this knowledge to plan, write, test and review code to meet the requirements of tasks assigned, based on the technical specification for the task provided by your Technical Architect.
You will work with the proprietary hybris toolset to customize the hybris eCommerce Suite to provide fully functioning ecommerce sites on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. You will use object oriented techniques to create reusable, easy to maintain code. Your code must conform to hybris best practices.
You will generally work independently on tasks and oversee the efforts of other, more junior developers on the development team.
You will participate as an active team member in daily scrums as part of our agile software development methodology. This includes joining sprint planning meetings and estimating work effort on tasks assigned.
You will also be a key member of the hybris development team, contributing to the team’s success through knowledge sharing in daily team building activities and weekly code presentations, as well as collaborating on internal initiatives as requested.

Hybris Architect

Levi Strauss & Co. (LSCO) is a privately owned American clothing company known worldwide for its Levi''s brand of denim jeans. The stores are aimed towards an audience interested in Jeans. Their Commerce sites are developed and maintained by cognizant team working along with Levis IT team.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Expected to know the hybris platform and earn the hybris Developer and Commerce certifications and become an expert in the hybris API, management tools, and capabilities.
Lead technical discovery sessions with the client to develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements and integrations interfaces for new commerce solutions.
Develop and document technical solution designs and specifications that satisfy the functional and technical requirements for commerce implementation projects.
Assess technical options for each solution component and integrations in a commerce implementation project; evaluate possible technologies and packages; make and defend technology and package recommendations.
Decompose technical solution specifications into work packages; document pre-requisites and dependencies for the work packages; and estimate the level of effort and resource level/skill necessary to implement each work package.
Lead data modeling activities necessary for commerce solutions including products, catalogs, storefronts, customers, orders and more.
Develop technical proofs of concept, as necessary, to validate proposed solutions designs, reduce technical risk and minimize level of effort uncertainty.
Establish coding and unit test standards, source control repository, build management system and release strategy for the technical delivery team on commerce implementation projects.
Provide expertise on the functional and technical use of hybris, it''s various administrative cockpits and the B2B and B2C accelerators.
Accountable for the suitability of the delivered technical solution architecture to address client functional and technical requirements. Champions accountability by example.
