Hybris Commerce Business ANALYST
Work Site: Oak Brook, IL
Expected Start Date: 12/04/2017 – One Year
THIS IS MUST a Scrum master and have experience in running scrum calls and execution using JIRA and other tools.
Description: Looking for a Hybris e-Commerce Business Analyst. Should have had hands-on exp as a a BA/Functional process expert for 2-3 full cycle commerce projects at least. Overall 7+ years’ experience in commerce/enterprise application projects in all phases of the project. Responsibilities Having good amount of Commerce knowledge Hybris preferred, SAP skills not needed Conduct and facilitate the Discovery sessions Good communication skills Create user stories and process flows Break down the requirements into and develop low-level user stories Need to elaborate and able to understand, discuss and document requirements / user stories with Business Discuss user stories with client’s business and technology users, conduct the user story walk through, identify dependencies & acceptance criteria and get all stakeholder’s alignment around the same Need to understand and ability to groom user stories which will fit in Sprint plan Conduct prioritization discussion and maintain / manage backlog Need to understand Scrum/ experience in dealing with Agile implementation approach Hands on work on JIRA or similar tool Develop test strategy and testing plan to review the developed code for completeness and alignment with user stories and acceptance criteria Assist with the Sprint Plan Provide best practices around implementing Hybris e-Commerce application software and foster discussions on practices Very forth coming – NOT shy of getting on speaking out in meetings, white boarding skills Being a scrum master certified be will bonus.
