Position - Hybrid Systems Engineer
Location - Auburn Hills, MI
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and document powertrain communication architecture
Define and document powertrain hardwire electrical interfaces
Identify mule/development vehicle display and gateway module requirements
Lead system architecture communication meetings
Oversee powertrain controller connector iSpeed data accuracy
Update communications architecture lessons learned document
Represent the propulsion system architecture team as needed
Engineering degree with demonstrated knowledge of powertrain propulsion systems.
Experience in authoring technical requirements and specifications
Familiarity with electrification, powertrain, and other automotive systems
Basic understanding of vehicle communication protocols
Capable of creating logical as well as physical schematics
Working experience with Microsoft Office Visio application
Familiarity with DOORS
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Strong verbal/written communication skills
