Job summary:
This position works in very close partnership with the HR team and is responsible for all of the operations duties within human resources supporting an employee. The primary areas include: benefits administration; HRIS administration; compliance and reporting; HR administration and operations.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Administrative Assistant
PC proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to navigate within the various technology systems.
Workday experience preferred.
Associates Degree OR equivalent work experience.
US citizen or Green Card Holder

Essential Functions:
Supporting the HR Operations team with administrative duties and is the central point of contact for all employee changes in Workday.
Providing excellent customer service and build solid working relationships with employees, managers, leaders and colleagues in other corporate functions (Finance, Business Analysis and Business Operations
On-boarding new hires including communication pre-hire and post-hire to ensure completion of all required forms/processes, on-boarding in Workday (HRM System)
Responsible for tracking or submitting all data changes in Workday. To Work with the entire HR Team and Business Operations Team to ensure strong communication and updates on changes in the system.
In collaboration with our Payroll Administrator, responsible for making Payroll Spreadsheet Updates
Executing off-boarding processes including communication/coordination with employees, their respective manager and IT on off-boarding activities.
Providing support to prioritized HR Operations projects and processes.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, corporate and client communications, etc.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives and the public.
Ability to build effective relationships with the HR team and other Corporate teams
Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and written.
