Job Description :
This new position will administer, coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of Human Resources activities and responsibilities and drafting legal documents, preparation of documents for H1B, reviewing documents before filing and being proactive in identifying tasks that need to be accomplished in order to prepare an attorney for upcoming H1B cases. Applicant should have the knowledge and understanding in theory and practice of H1B staffing Business.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Human Resources team, provide day-to-day “hands-on” support to employees and managers in the handling of all human resource related activities which may include: recruitment, on-boarding, benefits, employee relations, fielding employee questions or concerns, communication and understanding policies and procedures.
Create, implement and manage recruitment processes and procedures to ensure organizational goals and timelines are net.
Responsible on drafting legal documents, preparation of H1B cases, reviewing documents before filing and being proactive in identifying tasks that need to be accomplished in order to prepare an attorney for upcoming H1B cases.
Applicant should have the knowledge and understanding in theory and practice of staffing/Recruiting Business.
Interact with all employees and supervisors regarding any routine human resources or individual questions or concerns. Provide first-level employee relations and counseling when requested.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Provide consultation, guidance and coaching to managers to address employee behavior and performance concerns.
Support all human resources programs including compensation and benefits, employment, employee relations and training, in accordance with all laws and guidelines of Federal, State, County, City and local ordinances.
Coordinate the performance review process, including administration of evaluation forms, preparation of spreadsheets, etc.
Responsible for the coordination of immigration, including the application and maintenance of H1Bs and/or green card application, as required.
Develop Affirmative Action plans as applicable.
Company event planning and coordination.
May work with management to develop effective and exciting training programs.
May supervise staff who would process payroll, benefits, 401k and stock administration

Experience & Education

Bachelor''s degree required
A minimum of 2 years of experience and progressive responsibility in HR management preferably in the biotech/pharma industry.
Sound knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation.
Experience with various HRIS and ATS preferred.
Excellent communicator – an active listener, with strong written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
Must be service and detail oriented; possessing a friendly approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Outstanding time management skills.
