Job description:
This is a technical role with responsibilities of technical solution analysis, design and development efforts in the Oracle R12 EBS space with a primary focus on solutions for Advance Collections, Receivables and OLFM - Lease Management based business processes
Our client utilizes a number of system development methodologies but in the Oracle area has chosen Agile SAFE and Oracle UIM as its principal processes. This role is also involved in the deployment of the existing system with further enhancements in other countries where our client is present as part of a multi-year deployment program.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for successful delivery of Oracle RICEFW components
Collaboration with business (Product Owners) and other team members (Scrum Master, Solution Architect, QA ) to produce scalable and efficient technical solutions by utilizing standard Oracle and related technologies
Responsibilities include Technical Designs, Data Model, API definitions, Concurrent Programs, Integrations, Code Reviews and other Development activities needed for successful delivery of Oracle R12 Platform
Support onshore and offshore team members through development by following Oracle Development standards and industry best practices
Provide guidance and ensure offshore development delivery and quality while keeping pace with onsite development and completing appropriate tasks
Demonstrate ability to work through/around blocking events
Demonstrate experience deploying complex yet efficient solutions within Sprint timeframe

Job Requirements
Must have experience in 11i and R12 using Oracle 10g and/or 11g Developer''s Suite (Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher)
OAF/ADF skills are desired but not mandatory.
Must have demonstrated good skills in designing, developing and supporting RICEFW components, with good experience in building Extensions and Interfaces using oracle R12 development standards.
Thorough understanding of Oracle e-Business Suite i.e. Application Architecture, AOL objects, database/table structures etc.
Experience in Oracle Lease Management, Financials and SCM modules.
Must have good Knowledge of Oracle TCA architecture.
Knowledge of performance tuning, should be able to optimize queries using explain plan and analyzing trace file
Experience in using Change Management Software (e.g., Serena Business Manager, PVCS Version Manager)
Understanding of R12 Advance Collections and/or Oracle Receivables is a significant plus
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
Excellent customer/client relationship, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with the software development life cycle, preferably have Agile/SCRUM/Kanban process experience.
Effective mentoring skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a wide audience.
Self-directed, organized, and motivated
Understanding of SAFe methods is a plus
