Job Description
The successful candidate will work within an ITIL environment.
The position is a highly customer focused environment to provide system administration and proactive support of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service (CMS
The candidate will have thorough knowledge of Service Now, Change Management and Configuration Management best practices, workflow design.
Thorough knowledge of the dependencies between change and configuration management with asset management.
The candidate will perform work assigned by management and team lead with a customer focus approach and an ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
Requirements
ITIL Foundation and ServiceNow Administration Certifications.
Proficiency in ServiceNow Administration.
ServiceNow System Administration
Creation of ServiceNow workflows in the tool to include for incident, service and change management, asset management
Create business rules
Proficient in integration of ServiceNow to Cloud instance
Proficient integration with other cloud based ServiceNow programs with our ServiceNow incidence
Proficient development of a Service Catalog in ServiceNow
Must have understanding of java and jelly scripting
Proven experience with Discovery and CMDB design.
Proven experience with integrations with other instances.
Additional Certifications, experience, and clearance desirable
Bachelor’s degree
5 years ServiceNow Administration
Public Level Trust 6 clearance –highly desirable
