This project is for 360 hours at 40hr/week
The resources will be responsible for using appropriate methods to prepare over 1,600 DOR computers deployments from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Each computer must be either replaced with a newly imaged computer or be imaged in place. The resources should have knowledge and experience in computer (desktop/laptop) operating systems, computer applications, computer hardware, network printer support, multi-monitor support, and peripheral support (scanners, webcams, label printers The resources should have familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures for the support of networked computers. We expect a degree of creativity and latitude. These resources will be directed by permanent DOR lead workers training and experience Resources will be expected to meet deadlines for deployments that include placement logistics, computer imaging and quality testing. The project plan will define expected work and time-lines. Status meetings and reviews of expected deliverables will ensure resources are meeting expectations.

2 Yrs of Experience supporting and troubleshooting final production migrations *
