Helpdesk Support Analyst:

We have a client who is seeking a couple of dependable professional Helpdesk Support Analysts, that are motivated, tech savvy individuals to join their Helpdesk team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

Job Description: The Helpdesk Support Analyst provides telephone, hardware, software, how-to support and customer service. Main focus will be on technical phone support for their Store, Corporate, and Warehouse users.

The Helpdesk hours of support are from 7:00AM – 9:00PM Monday – Friday, 9:00AM to 9:00PM on Saturday, and 9:00AM to 6:00PM on Sunday.
Individuals applying for this position will be working one of two possible shifts, and will need to be flexible since hours may change as needed;

Afternoon Coverage M – F*
o 12:00PM to 9:00PM
o
Weekend Coverage*
o Saturday 9:00AM – 9:00PM
o Sunday 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Work From Home)
o Mon & Tue 9:00AM – 6:00PM
o Wednesday 9:00AM – 2:00PM

Skills Needed:
1 to 3 years’ or more experience in a Helpdesk or Customer Service environment
Effective telephone skills and communication skills
Strong knowledge of standard PC hardware/software/operating systems
Knowledge and understanding of networking and network troubleshooting.
Ability to make sound decision based on logical reasoning
Commitment to team concept
Effective listening skills and problem determination skills
Ability to work in a fast paced & high volume environment
