Job Description :
In this position you will work in a team oriented and fast paced work environment. You will join a talented team of client servicing experts as part of the Precision Help Desk technical support group. This role is a key, client facing position where you problem solve client issues and questions. It requires hands on use of our own product and excellent customer service skills. You will interact with clients at varying levels of the organization
Basic Qualifications for consideration:

High School Diploma
Strong communication skills including ability to facilitate “data gathering” questions and record responses to assist with trouble shooting issues
Ability to remain calm under heavy call volume.

Preferred skills/experiences/education:

Prior customer service or financial institution operational experience
Basic connectivity and networking experience

Would like to have a call center background and some technical knowledge would be nice to have. Manager is flexible on hours for this role, and open to people that might have classes or in school.
