Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
May require an associate''s degree and 3-5 years of experience.
Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware
and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products via walkup, instant messaging, phone or remote tool

Knowledge on Active Directory, Exchange Management Console, O365, Box, Cisco WebEx, Zoom, Cisco AnyConnect VPN, and VMWare Vsphere. ?
Proficient in supporting a Mac heavy environment with standard knowledge on Windows OS ?
Proficient in supporting Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Microsoft Office Suites, Cisco WebEx, Citrix, Cisco VPN, Cisco Jabber, Box,
Casper JSS knowledge is a plus
