Help Desk Support Technician

b. Yearly ongoing contract with possibility to go on full-time
c. $1721hr depending on relevant experience to this client
If you are an experienced help desk professional, we have a new opportunity for you. We are searching for a Help Desk Support Technician to join our client. We are looking for someone who has 2 plus years of related work experience, along with hands-on troubleshooting experience. Responsibilities:
Resolve issues both desk side and through remote desktop
Solve application, printer, and connectivity relates issues
Setup and install new PCs
Requirements:
4 years of help desk and desktop support experience
Hands on desktop troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting complex systems, along with custom hardware and software
Experience in desktop imaging and deployment with required apps
Experience solving issues desk side visits and through remote desktop
Experience with Windows network TCP/IP configuration
