The Division of Acute Disease Prevention, Emergency Response and Environmental health is seeks software and administrative program support for the AMANDA permitting and licensing application.

The Division of Acute Disease Prevention, Emergency Response and Environmental health is seeks software and administrative program support for the AMANDA permitting and licensing application.

The support part of the job will require the candidate to answer supports phone calls from the system users and troubleshoot basic issues with the software. The candidate will assist users with basic questions and escalate other application issues to a technical team. The candidate must have good communication and personable skills as well as the ability to work independently. The program administration part of the job will include some data entry, management and logging of payments received, and follow up on issues with license applications requiring investigation.
