Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software to deliver solutions.
Ensure all new hires are properly onboarded and educated of the necessary IT systems, policies and procedures, and all exiting employees are properly offboarded.
Work with all teams and departments to understand what technologies they use and depend on and discuss with technical management when new solutions are needed.
Track and maintain all IT assets including inventory of equipment in Office and Storage locations.
Work with IT partners identify and complete tasks like expanding backup systems, network equipment, and audio-visual systems.
Assist with Facilities tasks as needed.
Provide support for facilities and building security

Qualifications:
5 years’ experience in IT and/or help desk.
Strong Mac OS knowledge, iOS and Android familiarity, and basic Windows use.
Knowledgeable in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox browser use and extensions management.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to keep strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive organizational information.
Customer service background with the ability to interface with employees at all levels of the organization.
Interest in creative software including Adobe, Avid, and live stream systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
