Help Desk Analyst

Job Description:
· Must have 2-5 years help desk experience.
· Excellent phone skills and great customer support are crucial.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Related work experience or Associate Degree in Information Systems or related field.
· Microsoft MTA Certification is required within the first 90 day of employment. (Company will assist)
· Must exhibit a clear, friendly, professional phone manner.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users.
· Able to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
· Must have experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
· Must have transportation
· Must be able to physically lift and move existing and new PC system components.
· Following Skills not required but are a Plus
· Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Mac OSX and Sonic Wall.
· A+ Certification
Prefered Skills:
· Experience using MAC OS IS A PLUS.
