JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate possesses a strong working knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, understands key service level and success measures and demonstrates a keen financial acumen. The candidate must exhibit strong analytic and problem-solving abilities as well as strong communication and presentation skills that enable them to lead internal and client discussions to drive information-based decisions to be made.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor''s degree in applicable field, computer science, business, or equivalent experience related to healthcare operations
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal and external audiences
1-3 years of previous experience in healthcare preferred
Database query language experience (simple and complex queries)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL and T-SQL
Math and statistics knowledge background
Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail
Experience working with internal and external customers
Demonstrated strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
