Job Description :
Knowledge skills and Abilities

Two to five years business analysis and project management experience in a complex environment, such as health plans.
Knowledge of member, provider, benefits, claims, PHI and other healthcare concepts.
Analyzes data to determine business problems.
Facilitate communication and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
Assists in data mapping.
Prepares high level user documentation and training materials and provide trainings to project teams
Design Test Plan & Test Cases for QA & ensure all business requirements to be delivered accurately & timely
Proficient in writing SQL queries
Exposure to Facets or QNXT claims processing system is an advantage
