Description :


Review release notes with each build for accuracy and completeness

Document process flows for the end user support in troubleshooting

Develop and test technical specifications and user instructions so that end users will be able to implement transport appropriately

Responsible for writing and executing formal user support and troubleshooting procedures to ensure smooth onboarding

Documents problems and assist in their resolution.

Defines and tracks user and technical issues in onboarding process

Test implemented technologies and record results using standard testing strategies including artifacts such as test strategy, test scenarios, traceability matrix, functional test plans, defect management and user acceptance test plan with entry and exit criteria

Assist with user interpretation of technical specifications and provide clarity in documents based on user feedback

Identifying root cause of error and delay and taking steps to mitigate future occurrence through new test cases

Prepare documentation to educate technical and non-technical end users on transport onboarding steps

Prepare documentation to document troubleshooting process flows and escalation pathways

Document interactions with clients for later evaluation of service delivery activities

Consults and collaborates with developers, project managers and other technical staff to resolve complex technical issues



Skills Needed

48 months experience performing defect management

48 months experience working as a lead or senior information technology tester

48 months experience communicating with users, stakeholders and business analysts to determine business needs

48 months experience preparing various technical documents like user reference documents, process flow diagrams and schema diagrams

36 Months experience in the creation of test data which reflects production level data

36 months of experience in developing and maintaining information technology technical documentation for end user support

36 months of developing and testing user instructions for validity

36 months experience maintaining quality controls and procedures

12 months of experience in public sector information technology projects Bachelor’s degree or greater in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or public health
