Job Description :
Role – Hadoop developer
Location – Bridgewater NJ
Duration- Contract to Hire

1) Working directly with customer Business team, elicit, validate and document detailed technical requirements
2) Design and build the infrastructure for data extraction, preparation, and loading of data from a variety of sources using the Bigdata tech stack
3) Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
4) Monitor and manage offshore development
5) Contribute on Unit Testing, System Testing and UAT
6) Technical Documentations
Digital : BigData and Hadoop Ecosystems,
Digital : BigData and Hadoop Ecosystem – MapR
1) Min 6-8 Years of total IT work experience
2) Min 3 Years project experience as Big Data Technical Lead
3) Strong hands on development experience preferably on Cloudera stack – Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Pig, Impala, Oozie etc
4) Strong Java or Scripting knowledge
5) Strong verbal communication and documentation (word, excel, ppt, visio) skills
6) Agile Methodology
