Create test strategy, test plans, test cases and other documentation
Working experience in Agile & Waterfall methodology.
Defect tracking using industry standard defect management tools (HP-ALM, Tracker) a must.
Ability to clearly communicate effort needed to accomplish assigned tasks.
Enthusiastic innovator with good problem solving skills
Experience with Functional, System, and Integration testing in a continuous integration SDLC.
Exposure to both automated and headless testing a plus.
Healthcare industry experiences a plus.
Experience with CA Agile central a plus.
Handling of multiple projects and working with 2 or 3 teams simultaneously.
Working on Citrix, Mainframes is a plus.
Knowledge of API Testing and concepts is a plus.
Knowledge of SSIS packages concept and testing them is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform Cross platform and Cross browser testing for the vendor applications.
Create test strategy and estimate timelines for testing.
Develop and review of test plans and test scripts.
Participate and contribute in all Agile ceremonies.
Create or assist in creation of test data strategy to meet the defined project goals
QA metrics and effective status Reporting for assessing the quality delivered application software or systems.
Proactively alerts management to issues or impacts to timelines, and confidently reports out progress.
Actively participate in Agile team model approach.
Defect Management - Identify defects and write clear and reproducible bug reports following team standards
Automation Feasibility and Tool analysis, improve on new and existing automations
Develop automation test strategy, plan and improve automation quotient
Develop automation scripts
Experience in automation framework designing is plus
Effectively prioritize the tasks to meet timelines.
Work with business and assist them in testing.
Support production checkouts.
Support Production support issues.
Coordinate with offshore and resolve their issues.
Generic Managerial Skills Good Client interaction, Good communication, Defect/Test management , Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse groups
Education Bachelors/Masters in Engineering/Science
