Position: Hadoop Developer
Location: Houston, TX
Contract: 6- 12+ Months
Rate: $65/hr

Has to have an ETL background
Taking data and loading properly
2+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence or software development.
Hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystem technologies like; Scala, Spark, Kafka Yarn, Hive, etc.
Candidates Must Have
A deep understanding of Linux (high scripting experience)
Solid understanding of Hadoop and the ensuing ecosystem around Hadoop.
Ability to start day one with coding skills in the Hadoop ecosystem (Scala, Spark, Drill etc
Notes
Candidates MUST be strong enough with Scala and HIVE.
Proof of Concept cluster experience is not the best for this position.
