o Level 1 and 2 support

o Not responsible for development or bug fixing in code

o But should be able to understand the related code.

o and in case of failure, should be able to locate the exception in the code.

o should have strong knowledge of Bigdata streaming applications

o Help production deploy/scripting

o Security

o Platform Admin

o Tickets come through Mastercard help desk

o Then distributed to Infoworks team

o Axon is Mastercardized Kafka SAAS - future to move toward


o Kafka

o Avro API for messages

o Scala

o Spark

o Flume

o Hadoop

o Customer facing

o Solr used for Web frontend

o Frontend retrieval from HBase
