Plan, install, configure and manage the bigdata cluster.
Monitor and manage all ecosystem services and ensure high availability of services along with performance tuning
Responsible for cluster capacity planning and estimating the requirement for further capacity upgrades
Responsible for upgrading the Hadoop distribution and related packages/services
Implement platform and data governance which includes enabling secure authentication and authorization, data lineage, metadata management, auditing and perimeter security
Manages backup and recovery
Deploy services and applications in co-ordination with development team
Able to work in shifts
Manage and review Hadoop log files.

Big Data Certified
Hands on experience with the Big Data Tools
