JD:

The HR data modeler is responsible for separating different types of HR data into structures that can be easily processed/distributed/reported/maintained by an enterprise. Data modeler focus on very specific issues such as way data moves from one system to another or even data redundancy problems with the help of data modeling.

1. Works with business teams and IT teams to accomplish the data model.
2. Model, generate and maintain the ER model for the HR systems
3. Prepare and maintain Logical Data Model and Physical Data Model

Skills:

1. Database modelling concepts
2. Data base Normalization concepts
3. Data ware house modelling concepts
4. Knowledge of Oracle SQL, SQL server, etc.,
